Chapter 37

Shona turned the handle, hesitated, checked herself in the mirror.
Yes, the look actually worked on her.
She took a deep breath then flung open the door and paced into the lounge. The soft linen bra Colleen had insisted she wear for this gave her more support than she expected, but any gait faster than stately would set her boobs bouncing. Not that it mattered --- she couldn't hurry in her high-heeled sandals anyway.
This was a lot of effort to put in for a man.
Whatshisname was where she'd left him, pinned in an inverted Y shape, wrists chained to the ceiling, legs held open by the spreader bar she'd bought from that odd "Uber Smith" woman.
Her... subject craned past his arms to look at her. The gag hid his expression, but his eyes widened. He visibly shuddered, then turned very deliberately away.
Shona bit back a laugh. *Gotcha!
"You need to be embodying an Archetype," Colleen had said as they sat together last Christmas eve on the sofa surrounded by pizza boxes and empty wine bottles. "Maybe even his Anima."
"I'm not dressing as a fucking cartoon character."
"No, I'm meaning Anima in the Jungian sense." The Irish girl sighed. "I mean, what's his fantasy mistress?"
"How should I know?"
"Didn't he study Ancient history. Let's look up his doctoral thesis..."
Yes, thought Shona, the toga dress really did suit her. It had more fabric than the Grecian drape she'd bought for her party, but it was white and floaty and and looked as if it would just fall off her shoulders. Colleen had called the look "Sexy Angel" but sworn it would push Whatshisname's buttons for whatever reason.
Shona took out her phone to check the script her friend had drawn up for her.
Remove nipple clamps (NB more than 20 mins does damage.)
And then the rest of it was pretty straightforward.
Shona dumped the phone on the table, dropped the bag on the rug where it would be handy.
Then she strolled around to stand between her subject and the mirror.
He closed his eyes and turned his face away.
"After all this fuss!" Shona slapped him.
The gag's rubber webbing caught some of the blow but it was enough to shock his eyes open.
"Look at me, slave," she said. "I'm your..." Fuck what was the word? She slapped him again to buy time, then said, "Domina. I'm your domina."
He raised his head. His eyes looked as if somebody had pushed an ice cube up his arse. His pelvis twitched futilely as if he could reach her with the little dildo.
Laughing, she pulled at the clamps. The plastic tips stretched out his tiny nipples.
His jaw worked against the gag. A shrill "gleep!" sound escaped his throat. He shuddered violently, strained to move his chest towards her, anything --- she supposed --- to reduce the tension.
Shona twisted.
The gleep became a squeak. His eyebrows steepled. His eyes watered. The breath hissed from his nostrils. He shook his head frantically.
Shone yanked.
The clips came off and his nipples swelled like tiny clitorises while he became a blur of movement.
It must really, really hurt to be him, thought Shona. But with him gagged it was like watching a porn video with the sound off.
Odd.
Shona went to the open Ottoman stool and took out the rod. It was really just an overpriced stick; rigid and as thick as her index finger. She moved to stand so she could use it forehand.
The position gave her a good view of her subject in the mirror, which meant he could see her. He went wild, writhing and twitching as much as his bonds permitted, which wasn't much.
It didn't do him any good.
"Fifty strokes on the rump," Colleen had said. "After the nipple clamps, that should do it. About the pace of a slow hand job."
"I am not getting him off," said Shona.
Colleen kissed her on the lips. "You are so not. The Artemis device has pressure points to stop that. But you are draining his defences."
Another kiss.
"Is this scheming turning you on?" Shona had asked.
"Why don't you finger me and find out?"
It was weirdly quiet with her subject gagged. The only sounds were the impact of the rod on flesh, the rattle of ceiling chain, and the frantic hiss of the breath in his nostrils.
After the tenth blow, Whatshisname stopped squirming and just hung in his bonds while the rod thwacked into his buttocks, sending little ripples down the skin of his thighs.
Shona focused on keeping a steady tempo, working up and down over his buttocks. It was like practising tennis, only the ball didn't move.
After a while, the feeling was almost Zen. There was no need to speak, no need to rush. Shona was totally at peace, unhurried, in the moment. Nothing changed, other than the colour of the muscular globes she was thrashing. She was... free?
At forty three, the skin broke on his left buttock. An exquisite trickle of blood ran down over his taut flesh. Shona took a moment to appreciate it, then marred its perfection with more strokes.
She reached fifty with no further effect, so kept going and just stopped counting.
Out of the blue, her subject convulsed and off-white spunk splattered the spreader bar.
A couple more for luck, then she stopped.
Colleen had been right. The beating had emptied his balls. Now that he wasn't physically turned on, everything would hurt worse --- or that was the plan, at any rate.
Humming to herself, Shona swapped out the rod for the expensive carbon fibre flogger: handle with a bundle of thin black cords.
Whatshisname saw, shook his head frantically, made weird sounds through the gag. A gossamer strand of semen trailed down to the floor then snapped.
Shona struck. "Gross!"
The flogger swished across his shoulders, left them looking like a ploughed field, with dozens of parallel red lines.
Fascinated, Shona swished the flogger back and forward, covering the back of his ribcage in the same lines.
By then, some of the welts had started bleeding.
Shona moved ahead of the blood as it dripped over his quivering skin. She attacked his waist and flanks --- that made him spasm, but the fibres had no real mass, so the flogger was safe just about anywhere it was OK to break the skin --- then over his already marred buttocks. Finally, stooping, she scoured his thighs and calves.
It really was relaxing. She could see why people liked adult colouring books...
It was only as she moved around to do his front that she noticed the tears rolling down his cheeks then collecting on the gag and dripping down his chin.
"Cry all you like," she said. "This is your life now."
He squeezed his eyes closed and let out a muffled sob.
Whatshisname sounded absolutely miserable.
A humane person, a good person, would have let him out of his bonds, cradled his head on her lap, let him cry himself out.
Shona whirled the flogger overhead and --- careful not to catch his face --- flicked his upper arm.
His eyes opened wide and he just hung there as she scourged his other arm, then his chest while the blood trickled and---
And Shona was suddenly wet and rippling between her legs. She could stop off and wank just a bit...
"And no wanking, mind," Colleen had said as Shona withdrew her fingers from between her pale white thighs.
"Not even a little?"
Colleen parted Shona's knees. "Not this time. You need to work your spell."

Shona flayed her subject's chest, his hips, the outside of his thighs, drawing blood as she went. Each stroke of the flogger caused her cunt to clench and flex until finally she was done breaking his skin.
She let fall the sodden flogger and reached up to trigger the safety snap.
He started to fall.
She eased him onto his knees then onto his face, then moved over to stand by the rug.
Whatshisname just lay there, breathing like a runner.
At last, he jerked into action. He tore off the Velcro cuffs, then ripped away the gag and flung it across the room so it bounced off the wall.
He spat a mouthful of saliva. "Bitch!"
Now he rolled onto his back --- whimpered --- and started on the spreader bar. "Bitch!" he repeated. "Castrating bitch!"
Shona shifted her weight and tried not to laugh.
