"Look," said Hugo, trying to rise up off the whipping horse, and failing. His penis throbbed wildly in its permanent cage as if rising to meet the challenge.

He glanced at the nurse.

Nurse King just looked... compassionate? Ruefully amused?

Hugo strained to meet the eye of the nerdy looking blonde in the mirror. "You can't possibly go through with th---"

Her cane caught him across the shoulder, sliced a line of pain though him so that it was hard to breathe.

"Take that!" said Petula, voice just a little raised. "And that."

The cane whooshed. Another slice of pain.

Hugo strained against his medical restraints. "No! Stop! This isn't happening!"

"Oh yes it is, you feckless bastard," said Petula, shifting. This time the cane caught Hugo across both buttocks. He tensed against the butt plug. His penis pulsed in its cage.

As the blows slashed into his buttocks, Hugo realised that a hard-on would help numb the pain. Some people got off on this, after all! He squeezed his muscles, tried to pump blood into his cage-neutered groin.

Nothing.

The butt plug took away the protection. That was probably the real idea.

He was completely at this crazy girl's mercy.

Hugo sobbed above his rising panic. "Please no I---"

Petula shifted to cut across his thighs, once, twice.

Hugo squealed.

"Pig!" said Petula, still deadpan but punctuating her words with strokes of the cane, down his thighs. "Useless pig. Why don't you run away like you always... do?"

"Let me go you bitch!" roared Hugo. He put every ounce of strength into heaving free of his bonds---

"Cat o' nine tails," said Petula, still looking nerdy in her plaid flannel shirt and heavy glasses.

Nurse King hurried to take the cane and hand her cat o' nine tails, just like in the pirate movies --- a long handle with nine knotted cords and---

"Bastard!" said Petula. The cat drilled into his shoulders like a coil of red hot barbed wire.

"Help!" screamed Hugo. "Help."

"Stop," said Nurse King. "Stop!"

"Pardon?" said Petula, finally showing some emotion.

"I need to check on him."

The nurse padded around to stand in front of Hugo so he could see her sandalled feet. He stared thirstily at her blue painted toenails.

Nurse King touched her fingers to his throat above his collar. "Pulse seems OK..."

Something hot trickled down his flanks. His thighs, his buttocks, his shoulders were corrugated with pain. In the mirror he could make out a rivulet of blood running down his shoulder.

But there were Nurse King's pretty feet.

His chastity device tightened so quickly he thought something was wrong with it. Then he realised he was having the mother of all erections, or would be without the cage.

"Oh..." said the nurse. "I'll just sit here to keep an eye on him." She returned to the chair and adjusted it so that if he raised his face a little he could see her face.

"May I proceed?" said Petula. "Only I have a lot of anger and this session was extortionate."

Without breaking eye contact, nurse gave a little nod. "Go ahead, Petula. This therapy is all about you."
